A CHAPEL IN THE MONASTERY
The chapel of Saint Michael is set in the vast monastic complex of Rocamadour, which was for centuries the site of pilgrimages of both powerful sovereigns and common people. The external walls of this chapel boast fine paintings representing both the Annunciation and Visitation and dating back to the 12th century.
